၁၉၇၀ ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၄ ရက္ (လြတ္လပ္ေရးေန႔) တြင္ ေမြးဖြား။ ၁၉၉၅ တြင္ ေဆးတကၠသိုလ္ (၂) မွ M.B.,B.S ဘြဲ႔ရ။ ၁၉၉၆ စက္တင္ဘာမွ ၁၉၉၇ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီအထိ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ေဆးခန္း ဖြင့္။ ၁၉၉၆ ႏို၀င္ဘာမွ ၂၀၀၅ ဇြန္အထိ ျမားနတ္ေမာင္မဂၤလာမဂၢဇင္းတြင္ တာ၀န္ခံအယ္ဒီတာအျဖစ္ ေဆာင္႐ြက္။ ၂၀၀၅ ဇူလိုင္ ၁ ရက္တြင္ လြတ္ေျမာက္နယ္ေျမသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိ။ ၂၀၀၆ ဇန္န၀ါရီမွ ၂၀၁၄ ဧၿပီအထိ မဲေဆာက္အေျခစိုက္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေဆးပညာရွင္မ်ားအသင္းတြင္ ဒု-ဥကၠဌ၊ ဘ႑ာေရးမွဴး၊ အလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္ေကာ္မတီ၀င္၊ တြဲဘက္အတြင္းေရးမွဴး တာ၀န္မ်ား ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့။ ေ႐ႊ၀ါေရာင္သံဃာမ်ား ေမတၱာပို႔ စီတန္းလမ္းေလွ်ာက္သည့္ ၁၈-၉-၂၀၀၇ တြင္ ဘေလာ့ဂ္တင္ဆက္မႈ စတင္။

Here is a true story in Department of Surgery in University of Medicine,Yangon-1,2&Mandalay.According to the rules,the Professor&Head of Departments should have Dr MedSc(Surgery) or Doctorate Degree.However,all the Heads don't have that degree&Professor who have that degree will have to work under his junior Professor who doesn't have Doctorate degree.
So is it fair?
