I was born in Loilem, Eastern Shan State and I went to NCHS in Taunggyi to begin my primary study. Later, I moved to St. Mary Convent in Kengtung to continue my study. My higher education was terminated at RASU when I was detained in Insein Jail by the military regime for taking part in the SEAP Games Strike in the Rangoon University main campus. From then on I continue my resistance movement against the military regime until today. I loved my country, especially the place where I was born. Shan State is a vast and a pleasant land where simple people enjoy their lives for many years. When I was young I loved to visit my native land. Every summer vacation I went to Loilem and Taunggyi and came back to Rangoon when the school reopened. But the land of Shan ethnics becomes a battle ground after the military regime send their troops to harass simple people lives in Shan State. The troops not only harassed the people but also raped and murdered innocent Shan ladies. Reaction does not come to exist without action. There will be more clashes between the Shan liberation troops and Burmese military troops unless the intruders hand off Shan lands. I fully support any freedom fighter who protect their own lands and their people. May the Shan liberation fighters overcome the intruders and enemies soon.
