Bravo, Ko Zin Lin. It's great to learn that there are still people who can logically and reasonably rebut all the false logic spouted by (U) Kyaw Win. If this Kyaw Win is the writer we all know, then this is doubly frightening. He must be willy-nilly involved in the SPDC's avowed "fighting media with media". What a waste of his intellect and ability as a writer to become a ghose writer for the generals. His writing will surely come and haunt him sooner than later. Hope young people will not be misled by his soft approach to toe the SPDC line regarding the coming referendum. Now is the time to show the guts and unity we displayed in May 1990 and we should use our precious votes to boot out the SPDC once and for all, democratically and legally (but I may also be too optimistic as the generals will use all tricks to turn the "No" votes into "Yes" (I had my personal experience with this in 1974 referendum). So even after voting, we must all be alert and not afraid of crying foul when dishonesty in counting ballots or other unlawful acts are practised. The best solution is to ask for neutral international observers. The UN must insist on this; otherwise the UN can declare the results illegal.
