၁၉၇၀ ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၄ ရက္ (လြတ္လပ္ေရးေန႔) တြင္ ေမြးဖြား။ ၁၉၉၅ တြင္ ေဆးတကၠသိုလ္ (၂) မွ M.B.,B.S ဘြဲ႔ရ။ ၁၉၉၆ စက္တင္ဘာမွ ၁၉၉၇ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီအထိ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ေဆးခန္း ဖြင့္။ ၁၉၉၆ ႏို၀င္ဘာမွ ၂၀၀၅ ဇြန္အထိ ျမားနတ္ေမာင္မဂၤလာမဂၢဇင္းတြင္ တာ၀န္ခံအယ္ဒီတာအျဖစ္ ေဆာင္႐ြက္။ ၂၀၀၅ ဇူလိုင္ ၁ ရက္တြင္ လြတ္ေျမာက္နယ္ေျမသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိ။ ၂၀၀၆ ဇန္န၀ါရီမွ ၂၀၁၄ ဧၿပီအထိ မဲေဆာက္အေျခစိုက္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေဆးပညာရွင္မ်ားအသင္းတြင္ ဒု-ဥကၠဌ၊ ဘ႑ာေရးမွဴး၊ အလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္ေကာ္မတီ၀င္၊ တြဲဘက္အတြင္းေရးမွဴး တာ၀န္မ်ား ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့။ ေ႐ႊ၀ါေရာင္သံဃာမ်ား ေမတၱာပို႔ စီတန္းလမ္းေလွ်ာက္သည့္ ၁၈-၉-၂၀၀၇ တြင္ ဘေလာ့ဂ္တင္ဆက္မႈ စတင္။

Dear our Brothers,
SPDC given the public owned lands to their supporters and annonced for Industry Zone, that was cheating.
So, Ko Win Cho also explaining about their secret taken lands.
We thanks to all Villagers and activist protecting the lands.
