Thank you, Han Lay, for a great cartoon which reveals the truth about the aid and NGOS...That's why the poor and refugees are always the same poor and helpless!!!!Aid and agency have their staff and project staff who are the real winners of the aids, in most cases. Running costs of the aid programs also cut the aids short on the way, as well.. For instance, organisations under the umbrella of UN have the staff earning US dollars which should be for the project and programs for the poor. That's why poor Burmese's living standard is getting lower while these UN staff are richer.
