၁၉၇၀ ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၄ ရက္ (လြတ္လပ္ေရးေန႔) တြင္ ေမြးဖြား။ ၁၉၉၅ တြင္ ေဆးတကၠသိုလ္ (၂) မွ M.B.,B.S ဘြဲ႔ရ။ ၁၉၉၆ စက္တင္ဘာမွ ၁၉၉၇ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီအထိ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ေဆးခန္း ဖြင့္။ ၁၉၉၆ ႏို၀င္ဘာမွ ၂၀၀၅ ဇြန္အထိ ျမားနတ္ေမာင္မဂၤလာမဂၢဇင္းတြင္ တာ၀န္ခံအယ္ဒီတာအျဖစ္ ေဆာင္႐ြက္။ ၂၀၀၅ ဇူလိုင္ ၁ ရက္တြင္ လြတ္ေျမာက္နယ္ေျမသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိ။ ၂၀၀၆ ဇန္န၀ါရီမွ ၂၀၁၄ ဧၿပီအထိ မဲေဆာက္အေျခစိုက္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေဆးပညာရွင္မ်ားအသင္းတြင္ ဒု-ဥကၠဌ၊ ဘ႑ာေရးမွဴး၊ အလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္ေကာ္မတီ၀င္၊ တြဲဘက္အတြင္းေရးမွဴး တာ၀န္မ်ား ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့။ ေ႐ႊ၀ါေရာင္သံဃာမ်ား ေမတၱာပို႔ စီတန္းလမ္းေလွ်ာက္သည့္ ၁၈-၉-၂၀၀၇ တြင္ ဘေလာ့ဂ္တင္ဆက္မႈ စတင္။

အေမေက်ာ္ ေဒြးေတာ္လြမ္းတဲ့ ေနရာမွာ KIO က နအဖ ထက္ေတာင္ သာေနပါလား..။ KIO ဘာပဲလုပ္လုပ္ ေပါက္ေဖာ္ၾကီးကို အေၾကာင္းရတယ္ဆိုေတာ့ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္က တရုတ္ လက္ေအာက္ခံ ျပည္နယ္လား...။ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ရဲ႕ ကံၾကမၼာကို ကခ်င္ျပည္သူေတြက ဖန္တီးေနတာလား KIO က ဖန္တီးေနတာလား ေပါက္ေဖာ္ၾကီးက ဖန္တီးေနတာလား...။ေပါက္ေဖာ္ၾကီးက ကခ်င္ျပည္သူေတြကို ျမစ္ဆံု ေရကာတာ နဲ႔ ဒုကၡေပးေနတာေတာင္ အမွတ္မရိွတဲ့ KIO ။ KIO အဖြဲ႔ ရပ္တည္ ေနႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ရဲ႕ ကံၾကမၼာကို ေပါက္ေဖာ္ၾကီး လက္ထဲ ထိုးအပ္ေတာ့ မည္ေပါ့။ကခ်င္ျပည္သူေတြ ကိုယ္စားရင္နာလိုက္တာ ရွက္တက္ရင္ လဲေသလို႔ ရတယ္ KIO ။

တာပိန္ေရအားလွ်ပ္စစ္စက္႐ံုဆိုတာ မင္းတို႔ရဲ႕ပေထြးေလး စစ္အုပ္စုက ေရာင္းစားထားလို႔ မင္းတို႔ရဲ႕ပေထြးႀကီးေထာင္ကဲေပါက္ေဖာ္တို႔ တရားဝင္ပိုင္ဆိုင္တဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းႀကီးျဖစ္ေနၿပီေလ၊ အဲဒီေတာ့ အဲ့ေနရာမွာျဖစ္ပြားတဲ့အမႈဟာ မင္းတို႔ရဲ႕ပေထြးႀကီး ေလာင္းပန္ေထာင္ကဲႀကီးနဲ႔လည္း ပတ္သက္ေနၿပီဆိုတာ မသိေသးဘူးလား၊ ပေထြးေတြမ်ားလြန္းလို႔ ေမ့ကုန္တာလား? ေအာက္ဆဲြဖားယားတဲ့ စစ္ေခြးေတြရ။

China is playing as a significant supporter of Myanmar perhaps for Her (China's economic growth or for HER welfares). Moreover, KIO seems to avoid conflicts with China.
